3. Jengo Mobile App
The mobile app uses your account email, user ID and profile name to sign you in and show your authorised workspace. It processes the photos, PDF documents, captions, task updates and review decisions that you choose to submit. These records are stored with the relevant project and are available to users with authorised access.
Camera and file access are used when you choose to capture or attach evidence. The app does not request your precise device location. Account and project data is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections. We use hosting, authentication and storage service providers to operate these features.
4. Retention and Deletion
We retain your data until you request deletion. To request deletion of your Jengo account and all associated data, email admin@jengo.co.uk from your account email address. Do not include your password.
After verifying the request, we delete your account and all associated data, including your profile, uploaded photos and documents, and associated project, task and review records. We do not retain these records after completing deletion. Copies previously downloaded or exported by other users are outside Jengo’s control.
